Information you provide

  • Account information: Email address and name when you sign up.
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVC, or billing address on our servers.
  • Brand configuration: The URLs and brand names you add to track competitor reviews.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions within the Service to improve the product experience.
  • Authentication cookies: Minimal cookies required for session management and login functionality.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Send you weekly intelligence digests and account-related emails.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not use your personal data to train AI models. Your tracked brands and report data are used solely to generate your intelligence reports.

3. What We Don't Do

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • We do not display ads or use your data for ad targeting.

4. Service Providers

We use the following third-party service providers to operate the Service. Each provider only receives the minimum data necessary to perform their function:

5. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Your account data, tracked brands, and generated reports are retained for as long as your account is active.
  • After cancellation: We retain your data for 30 days after account cancellation to allow for reactivation. After 30 days, your personal data and generated reports are permanently deleted.
  • Review data: Publicly sourced review data that has been aggregated and anonymized may be retained for service improvement purposes.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Right to deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and account.
  • Right to portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to object: Object to specific processing of your personal data.

  • Session management: Maintaining your preferences and state within the application.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

We take the security of your data seriously:

  • Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
  • Encryption at rest: Sensitive data stored in our database is encrypted at rest.

  • Payment security: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
